We are a venue that enjoys bringing people together & encourages groups to get together more often. Our food options are extensive; tempting taste buds from cheese boards & antipasto grazing tables through to more substantial options like buffet or à la carte. Grabbing a beverage has never been easier with our great collection of beer, spirits and fine wines. With a flexible service style, MNBBC is able to cater to a multitude of various event formats, from weddings, large charity events, entertainment productions, engagements and birthday parties, to speaker and corporate events, we add an authentic zest to your event.
There are four main function spaces available depending on the size and type of the event. With the Rosewood, Marquee, Deck & Courtyard available for bookings of all shape and sizes. We can offer other areas through the club for smaller events such as the boardroom, veranda or the balcony. We pride ourselves on offering everything you need to make your event a success —beautiful venue, professional catering services, dedicated function staff, and a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for your guests.

THE ROSEWOOD
Our largest indoor function space which provides a completely private space for your event. The Rosewood is beautifully decorated with fairy lights draped from the ceiling, fully air conditioned making it a perfect space all year round. Serviced with a private bar, toilets, wooden dance floor, stage, ample power supply, projector screen & a coffee station for all your guests.
THE DECK & GARDENS
The newest & most versatile function space. It can cater for the small intimate events up to the largest celebrations when teamed up with The Marquee. It can play host up to 150 guests comfortably through the entire space. The Deck also has power supply for those looking for decorative lighting or music.
THE MARQUEE
Our marquee is the ideal function space for a small gathering or when combined with The Deck & Gardens can play host for larger events. The walls can be opened up to provide an indoor, outdoor tranquil ambience by overlooking the gardens & bowling greens. Serviced with modern festoon lighting, a private bar & ample power supply.
THE GREENERY
The Greenery previously known as The Courtyard offers the convenience of being outside but undercover with a causal relaxed atmosphere near the kids playground. The Greenery is newly updated to reflect a modern, casual & relaxed atmosphere with new wooden bench seats & tables, dry bars, hanging greenery, pot plants. indoor grassed flooring & an updated bar frontage. The area is equipped with a private bar, function amenities, TV’s & ample power supply. The seating layout in this function space cannot be altered, furniture must remain in this layout for all events.

VERANDAH
Located outside along the verandah of The Rosewood Room. Situated next to the manicured bowling greens & close to the Main Bar. Perfect space for barefoot bowls & bbq functions, after work drinks with colleagues or hens & bucks nights.
BALCONY
Situated outside above the The Verandah, running alongside The Rosewood Room. Take in the views from above of the manicured bowling greens, deck and gardens. A ideal space for a small gathering of 20 to 30 guests.
ROSEWOOD CONFERENCE
Hosting up to 300 guests seated theatre style. The space is suitable for large meetings, education training, corporate days & seminars. Equiped with WiFi, lecturn, projector, large stage, surround sound & microphone.

Under the Stars is a wedding package that includes it all, but with a modern rustic twist. From ceremony to the reception, under the stars package will have you charmed by every stage of a beaches wedding.
